Our products are designed in house and sold both retail to direct customers and wholesale to retailers across the United States and internationally. Our products are carried in both regional boutiques and clothing chains. We also have our own retail children’s boutique, located in Clearwater. Inside Sales Representative

DUTIES

  • Lead Generation - Identify and research potential wholesale clients to expand our customer base.
  • Cold Calling - Initiate contact with prospective retailers through cold calls and emails, effectively communicating the value of our products.
  • Sales Sequence Execution - Follow the established sales process, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in outreach efforts.
  • Account Management - Maintain relationships with existing accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Customer Retention - Proactively reach out to current clients to encourage reorders and upsell additional products.
  • Collaboration - Work interdepartmentally to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Trade Show Exhibiting - Attend seasonal trade shows to represent Emerson and Friends by setting up and managing the booth, booking appointments with potential clients, and engaging attendees to drive sales and gather leads.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in sales, preferably in the gift industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to multitask
  • Travel required

Accounting Specialist

We are seeking someone who will oversee Emerson and Friend's financial health, making strategic decisions to optimize economic performance through budgeting, financial analysis, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects. This is an on-site position located at our office/warehouse location. The Financial Manager will be responsible for supervision and coordination of daily accounting activities, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy across accounts and platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to streamline processes for increased efficiency.

DUTIES:

  • Create and monitor the budget.
  • Coding and reconciling expenses.
  • File, code, and organize expenses.
  • Generate payments for all unpaid bills.
  • Facilitate wire transfers for Factory Payments + Deposits.
  • Manage Factory Purchase Order Finances – reconciling delivery vs. invoices.
  • Monitor and add to the factory payment schedule.
  • Bookkeeping in Quickbooks.
  • Accounting to clean Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Statement.
  • Monitor Financial, prep and present KPI statements.
  • Processing Payroll.
  • AR and AP.
  • Paying Agency Commissions.
  • Invoicing and receiving payments for Key Accounts.
  • Reconcile payments through bookkeeping and multi-channel platforms.
  • File and pay sales tax.
  • Monitor and trigger payments of employee tax.
  • Help build 401K programs.
  • Create organizational checks and balances.
  • Reconcile bank with Shopify and other vendor platforms.
  • Manage, report, file Tangible Tax for FL.
